The newly designed reinforced template adopts a reinforced template suitable for the forming of thin-walled precision products. Through finite element technology analysis, the structure is optimized to reduce stress, ensure uniform force distribution, and enhance the rigidity and lifespan of the template. The force-bearing surface of the moving template mechanism hinge is widened, and the number of hinge mechanisms and hinge parts are increased to enhance the more dispersed and balanced contact force, thereby extending the service life of each component of the hinge structure.

The design adopts a volumetric self-lubrication method. The pin shaft, pull rod and moving plate are made of materials with low friction coefficients to reduce the amount of lubricating oil. Anti-oxidation copper tubes are used to ensure good lubrication of the pin shaft and pull rod during high-speed operation. The automatic mold adjustment function is time-saving and quick, saving the time for mold replacement.

The pull rod is made of alloy steel and has an enlarged design. It has high tensile strength and can extend the service life during high-speed operation.

The nearby hydraulic control and the highly precise control system enable the moving template to move faster and more smoothly, and achieve more accurate positioning.

The larger mold size enables users to have a wider range of applications and reduces their investment.

The sensitive mold protection function is equipped with a highly sensitive low-pressure mold protection control unit, ensuring that the molds are effectively protected.

Low-resistance return oil design reduces injection resistance, offers faster response speed, and is conducive to energy saving. The hydraulic module is controlled locally. The hydraulic valve plate is modularly designed and the hydraulic layout is optimized, which can effectively reduce pressure loss and improve response capability. PID optimized temperature control ensures more precise and controllable material pipe temperature.

The entire series is equipped with ceramic heating elements, which accelerate the heating process, reduce energy consumption and extend the service life.

Standardly equipped with an efficient mixing screw, it achieves an excellent balance among the plasticizing efficiency, plasticizing quality and color mixing effect.

According to the specific requirements of the user for raw materials and products, various suitable material pipe sets can be selected to achieve the best injection molding effect and efficiency.

With a user-friendly design, it includes an electric heating shield, nozzle protection cover, centralized lubrication module, and hopper slide plate (for models below 260) to ensure operational safety and enhance the convenience of operation and maintenance.

Analysis and advantages of the electric glue injection station of the injection machine: The electric glue injection station directly drives the screw to rotate for melting and injecting glue through a servo motor. The power transmission is direct and efficient, with no hydraulic loss.

Standard equipped with servo system and gear pump. The output energy consumption varies with the load. The pressure and speed are precise. It features energy saving, stability, reliability, durability, low noise, and fast response. During the design process, customer needs were fully considered. The modular design was adopted. The oil circuit system can be optionally equipped with variable pumps, servo systems, and multi-pump systems, enabling rapid customized production. The servo motor has high efficiency. When compared with asynchronous motors of the same power, the operating efficiency of the servo motor can reach over 90%, while the asynchronous motor's full-load efficiency is generally no more than 85%. The rotational speed of the servo motor can change according to the instructions given by the controller. Therefore, when the machine performs small flow actions, there is no overflow energy loss. Its energy-saving principle is similar to that of variable pumps. Compared with the energy-saving method of variable pump technology, the servo system is more precise and thorough.

The 20ns FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array processing cycle + filtering processing, with high sampling rate and strong data anti-interference capability; currently, FPGA is widely used as a co-processor for CPUs in products from companies like Intel and AMD;

Based on high-performance CPUs and an industrial control-level compilation environment, the processing cycle for critical tasks can reach 25 microseconds, and the processing cycle of the main loop can be lower than 200 microseconds.

By using F-RAM technology, user data can be stored without the need for a battery and will never be lost.
